The following sets out how the English Conversation Club will operate. If you would like your child to take part then please read the following and tick the box to confirm that you are happy to proceed:
- The sessions will take place online only
- The sessions will be entirely in English, please note the tutor will not speak any other language and is not a qualified English teacher.
- Please make sure that your child treats the ECC leaders and their peers with respect and does not use abusive behaviour or language or make any inappropriate suggestions and does not contact the leaders outside of the session (whether by phone, social media or otherwise).
- We will store any personal information gathered from you and retain it in accordance with our privacy policy (see www.peppo.org). We will store some basic information about your child's performance which we reserve
